A really brief 90 minute sprint
Some ground rules.
The format might not work. If it doesn't don't worry, just fix it.
Some things will feel unusual. Give them a try and decide if they work (or not) afterwards.
Today is about embracing messy problems and building solutions quickly.
Remember:
Perfection is the enemy of done.
4 things that might feel weird.

4. Moving on before it's perfect

Grab your phone, grab a laptop, grab your brain, have a think about the brief and jot down your thoughts.

Grab a piece of paper, fold it in half, then in half...just make 8 panels ok? 1 minute per idea - go!

Grab a concept canvas. Grab some post-its. Create a storyboard that explains your idea. Talk about it from the customers POV.

You now have
20 mins to complete a concept canvas as a team that explains your best idea in a super clear way.
Pro tip! Split up the work for bonus points! Or you might run of time.

15 mins
Voting time! In silence, read the ideas. You each have 5 dots. Put them on the ideas you think are strongest.
30 mins
In 4 teams, you have 30 minutes to create a 5 minute pitch. BAM will be the judges.
You will be judged on (score out of 5): Delivery (is it 5 mins), accuracy (does it meet the brief), innovation (is it awesome), improvement (have you got your 5 words in)
